The entire book is hand printed. The printing is very neat but too small for comfort in use and the Kindle feature that enlarges text does not work on hand printing. The recipe for the Friendship Bread has the ingredients for the starter mixed in with the ingredients for the bread and I found it difficult to be sure just what the starter should consist of. The English is not American English which make the reading less than smooth. Also, here and there in the recipes, it seemed to me that a step was omitted, although that could be caused by my difficulty with her English. All that said, the recipes looked to be tasty if you don't mind some effort in the reading and comprehension.Product details
